Full payment of all applicable fees is required to confirm registration with Alathena International Elementary School. All tuition and application fees are due upon acceptance.

Families and students should contact the International Students and Admissions office as soon as they know that the study permit/visa application of the student is rejected by IRCC, either requesting for refund or for deferral.A full tuition fee refund (minus the $200 application fee) will be granted if Immigration,Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) does not issue the study permit to student.
To obtain a full tuition fee refund, the student must submit the following documents within thirty(30)calendars days of the issue date of the original refusal letter from IRCC:
For international students, only the unused tuition fees will be refunded should a program start AND the study visa/permit is rejected at a later time. There are NO refunds on any previous fees shoulda student's status in Canada change. Fee adjustments may be made due to changes in programs.
